The beauty of starting a New Year means we get that chance to
reevaluate and hit refresh on all of the goals we set in 2013, however big or
small they may have been. 2013 saw graduating with a BSc. in Mathematics and
Statistics, entering into my first real job, running my first half marathon and completing
my first Tough Mudder!
My New Year resolutions usually involve what I want to give up or
stop doing but this year rather then setting myself up for a disaster, I really
want to concentrate on resolutions that are less about deprivation and more about
creation. Creating a positive life experience everyday, by identifying everything that is important.
The Lorna Jane 2014 diary is packed with recipe ideas, work out challenges, inspiring quotes and goal setting pages. All designed to embrace the Active Living philosophy and daily practice of Move Nourish Believe.
How will you be inspired to lead your best, most active life in
2014?
